An exceptionally rare item from Alexander Ritchie of Iona.The photo frame is beautifully made with deep repousee decoration in the Celtic manner.The Celtic scrolls and dogs typical of his work are influenced from the headstones on the Isle.The frame is easel backed.The brass front has a good colour which has not been touched for years.A delight to have in the shops collection.
