A large copper jewellery casket from the designs of J&F Pool Hayle of Cornwall…...The casket has the secessionist fins and designs typical of this company with Glasgow type styling to the flowers…...Ring handles to both sides with rivet mounts on decorative panels……Fully lined to the interior with plush velvet…….Standing on four bun feet…..Wonderful hammered clasp to the front for locking…...The jewel casket has been polished in the past and now has a clean copper patina…..A wonderful item and one of the largest caskets that Hayle produced…..This example appears in the 1908 Hayle hand wrought catalogue design number 6122…..Excellent condition….
