J&F Pool Halye Secessionist Box With Ruskin Cabochon

An unusual piece from the Hayle workshops of J&F Pool.The box is typical of their output being designed in the secessionist manner but adorned with a perfect Ruskin cabochon to the lid.The box is 100% original being wood lined with great colour and with some of the original lacquer still present.Hinged lid.Shown in the 1908 Hayle catalogue.
