A beautiful tea caddy from the Newlyn school of metalworkers in Cornwall.The caddy has fish and seaweed decoration to the front with shells to the sides.The back carries the classic strap and riveted seam.The decoration is very good with very little ware.The planished surface showing nicely after a light polish.Of square form which is nice and carrying the word “Tea” to the lift off lid.Fully and correctly marked to the base.C1910.
