A large circular John Pearson arts and crafts copper caddy…..Decorated with comet like designs to the lift off cover….Typical heavy gauge….Rivet seams as usual for JP……Dot design to the flat base edge…Made in his distinctive naive style….Handmade hammered finial…..About as purist British arts and crafts as you can get…..Fully and correctly marked JP in a punched oval cartouche….The patina has been left showing a couple of verdigris patches but it’s all original…..One tiny polish hole which is acceptable for his work…..C1895
