A Cambray ware silver plated box made by Best & Lloyd of Birmingham….. The cover with central enamel rose to the top centre which is in perfect condition with riveted cover….. The plate is beautifully worn to the top and body which gives a lovely warm effect with the copper especially when polished…..Fully lined with original wooden lining now waxed….The hinges in excellent order….The planishing given great contrast with the plate wear…. A nice table box made for use and fully useable today…..C1910
