A superb copper casket made by A.E.Jones……Mounted profusely with Ruskin cabochons with two to the front with a single cabochon to both sides and back to sit beautifully on a desk…..The legs constructed in brass to contrast the body…..Copper rivets to the whole..…The Ruskin cabochons with excellent glaze combination of blue with mauve highlight…….No damage to any of the cabochons and the box as a whole in great condition…...Beautiful polished patina which shows this design of box off to its best…...Double hinged…...Domed lid…..Original wooden lining now waxed…..C1910.
